The bespoke panoramic wallpaper Isle de France Grisaille offers a splendid panorama of the Trois Mamelles mountain of Mauritius, formerly called Isle de France.

This panoramic wallpaper was inspired by the description of Mauritius in the novel Paul et Virginie written by Bernardin de Saint-Pierre at the end of the 18th century which met with real success. 

Isle de France Grisaille evokes the past with its gentle and faded colours. In the foreground, exotic trees, a superb vacoa, papaya and a Chinese lychee present themselves as a frame to admire the mountain in the distance. 

This grey wall mural gets its originality from the presence of very soft colours. The twilight sky is offered in a gradation of blue and yellow while the vegetation is coloured in shades of lovat green, for a deeply poetic note. Delicate, the wallpaper Isle de France will go perfectly well with a contemporary interior as a classic one.
