Join our Kids’ Yoga classes for ages 3 to 6 are playful, imaginative and full of heart. Each week, children explore age-appropriate yoga, simple breathing and guided relaxation through stories, songs and movement. It’s all designed to help little ones feel calm in their bodies, focused in their minds and grateful in their hearts — while having lots of fun!1.5 hour session: 45 minutes class + 45 minutes of playroom time at Bimbo Concept Children's Residency.
Weekly Classes
Kids Yoga + Playroom for 3-6 years old
Let your toddler learn through fun and playful experiences. Our class combines yoga, and mindfulness, benefiting your child's mind and body development.
🧘♀️ During the class, these creative sessions support emotional regulation, confidence and body awareness in a way that feels like play. Children will learn calming techniques they can carry with them into daily life — so you might notice them taking a deep breath during tricky moments at home, or curling into a favourite pose at bedtime. It’s a magical foundation for well-being, from the inside out.

THURSDAY
3-6 years old: 4PM - 5:30PM
⏰ Duration: 1.5 hours (45m class + 45m playroom)
Playroom time experience applied on same day only.
🎟️ Each ticket includes access for 1 child and 2 adults. You can add an additional adult for HK$100.

🧘♀️ Laura McEgan, founder of both Wildflower Well-Being & Education and Divine Light Yoga, with over 25-years of experience in early childhood education, yoga and well-being in Hong Kong and globally.
FAQ
Can parents participate in the class?
2 parents can accompany one child at the playroom, but only 1 parent can actively participate in the class while the other observes from the side.
How many kids join the class?
The maximum capacity for each class is 6 kids. This ensures a personalised and engaging experience for all participants.
What should we bring for the class?
Children must wear socks in the playroom. In case you forget, you can purchase a pair at the playroom.
Is there parking available near the Children's Residency?
The parking is available at Pacific Place mall, conveniently located near the Pacific Place Apartments.
