Use of this Bimbo Concept E-Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • The Bimbo Concept E-Gift Card is valid for merchandise purchases, excluding gift cards, both online and at Bimbo Concept retail locations.

  • Purchases will be deducted from the balance of the Bimbo Concept E-Gift Card until the available value is exhausted.

  • Any purchase exceeding the remaining balance on the Bimbo Concept E-Gift Card shall be paid by the customer.

  • This E-Gift Card can’t be exchanged for cash, credit, or change.

  • This E-Gift Card is non-refundable once purchased and will not be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or theft.

  • Bimbo Concept E-Gift Card is valid for I year from the date of purchase.

Return, Exchange & Refund:
Item purchased online must be unused and in its original packaging within 14 days to be exchanged. It is required to provide a purchase order number. We will notify you via email when we receive and inspect your return items. Customer are required to bare the shipping cost to our office/shops for non-defective items.

Refunds are only available in the case that the item is defective and when we are unable to provide a replacement.
